regarding Thibault, he signed a few months after my article cdi his first as a lighting director in a company where he has spent 3 best years. At & rsquo; time I'm writing you, he left in 1 week for new adventures, always in the show and light but as a project manager in a box delivery.

And me in all that you say… Some news / information increased in some of my articles, especially when I told you my absence, or my desire to back on the blog for this year 2019.

Pendant 2 years j & rsquo; I continued my activity photographer , community manager, videographer… accompanied very often Thibault and d & rsquo; other wonderful people that I & rsquo; loved working. Unfortunately my only way to make a living, were marriages.

But I didn & rsquo; not thrived in this environment… Gradually I asked myself questions and myself went to the & rsquo; evidence that what I & rsquo; really loved doing photo, c & rsquo; was landscapes. It is very difficult to build a career with that, it takes considerable travel… j & rsquo; I decided to close the company, although j & rsquo; always have a self-company for I & rsquo; have some customers photo and especially in community management.

I don & rsquo; not abandoning the photo, it remains my greatest passion, but I now take our best trips with friends to shoot up.

since November 2017, I am part of the show intermittent.

My job is the Stage Manager (General manager, scene, of production…).

I confess n & rsquo; s have ever known & rsquo; it is allowed to say Stage Manager…

The stage show is a technician who is responsible for coordinating teams, ensure the safety and smooth running of the show, event. C & rsquo; is a big summary.

In terms of our privacy… From June, my man working in the office with fairly standard schedules, to prepare all events. This is changing day or he benefits. for example, a vent at the stage of France, he has 4-5 days of on-site assembly or it will be in staggered schedules, delivery and 1-2 days dismantling. In general he knows these dates ahead. So depending on the dates that & rsquo; we propose, j & rsquo; trying to stall me that every week we have a time for us, while continuing to work regularly.

There our famous 507 hours that & rsquo; we must respect, and anyway I don & rsquo; like to take advantage of the system, my status are not less 1200 hours.

J & rsquo; love being intermittently. I keep the freedom that I & rsquo; had being in my account. And I'm really passionate about my profession, even if it n & rsquo; is not always easy to not have the stability of cdi.

L & rsquo; s future ?

Do I think of a cdi ? J & rsquo; had 33 this year, pour le moment, and as j & rsquo; get to do my hours I'm good like that, intermittent. For j & rsquo; it should accept that & rsquo; a society where I am, and I know that I & rsquo; have my autonomy and manager or I'll propose to stay.
